Hey y’all! I’m in Cali for Christmas.  While here, I was about to show a complete stranger my earrings on the site…typed in KimagineThat.com and there was a GoDaddy message saying my site was parked!!!!  Y’all, I didn’t even get mad.  I called GoDaddy with an “I’m just going with someone else to host my site” attitude.  See, cause this happened a couple of months ago with them.  And it was NOT my fault!  This time, it still wasn’t my fault, but I didn’t have it in me to fight, and talk to 3 reps, and provide documentation.  I was just not interested.  I didn’t have the energy.  It wasn’t worth it.  Needless to say, I temporarily lost all my files, my posts, my pics, EVERYTHING from my old site.  To my credit, I searched best I could to see if I had a care. No cares found.  Thanks to Youtube, I discovered how I could painstakingly recoup my stuff.  I just didn’t and still don’t feel like doing it.

So, here I am with a new design.  New digs, if you will.  Still not perfect. Took me a day or so to design it to my liking.  Wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.  Cause: 2018 will look different for me.  I’ve decided that in the next few days, I’ll be taking a much needed hiatus from social media.  I’ll still post, here, on my site.  But I’ll be absent from FB and IG.  I might write a post in honor of that decision, I might not.  Who knows?  For now, just know that I need to see some new stuff.  I need to hear from new people. I need to experience new.

I’m typing this intro post a few hours before my plane leaves the San Diego coast.  I’m full of food, cause I ate everything.  I’m full of joy, cause My Marvelous Maddie is laying in peace, next to me, and I know she enjoyed this experience.  I’m full of gratitude, cause my little brother (who lives in San Diego) hosted such a fun-filled vacation.
